Sales conditions

Emplacement :

- The basic price includes the emplacement for the tent, caravan or campervan for up 1 or 2 people, electricity
access to the toilet blocks and services of the campsite.
6 persons maximum per emplacement
- Arrival and departure on any day.(minimum 7 days in July and august
- All rented accommodation is fully equiped in kitchenware, blankets (sheets not included but be hired on arrival
if required: double bed 7 euros, single bed 5 euros). We also offer free use of the following: cots, high chair in the low season
(while stock available)and 15€ per week of 01/07 until 01/09..
- Prices based on 4 to 6 people sharing depending upon the type of accommodation.
-The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the village for parties who arrive with an amount of people superior to the capacity allowed for the type of accommodation selected or of a different composition than originally indicated.

Booking fees:

- La cote de nacre does not ask for booking fees.

Conditions of payment :

- For reservations made more than 30 days in advance of the start of the holiday, a balance of 25 % of the total
price is required to secure the booking.
-The full balance is required 30 days before the start of the holiday. The confirmation you will receive after the
balance has been received..
- For reservations made in less than 30 days advance of the start of the holiday, the full balance must be paid at
the time of booking.

Animals :

- Animals are accepted by the cote de nacre for a supplement which is payable at the time of booking. Animals must be kept
on a lead at all times and are not allowed into the swimming pool area or areas of food selling or consuming.And 1 pet maximum in the mobil home

Arrival and departure:

- Emplacements are available from 2 pm on arrival and must be vacated no later than 11 a.m on departure.
- Rented accommodation emplacements are available from 4pm on arrival and must be vacated no later than 10am on departure.
- Arrival and departure everyday.
- For rented accommodation a deposit of 150 euros will be required, payable on arrival as the keys are collected.
- The rented accommodation will be rendered to the customer in perfect condition with the inventory verified. Anything
broken or damaged in the mobile home whilst under the clients care will be charged to the client if necessary.
- If you would like, you can take advantage of our'cleaning'25 €.
- When the mobile home has been cleaned and the keys handed in, the deposit shall be given back.

In case of disagreement:
- In case of disagreement between the campsite and person or persons on the campsite, the case will be handed to the
Tribunal of Caen.

Campsite regulations:

- All clients must adhere to the campsite regulations.
I.E.: Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Campers are asked to take usual precautions to keep their
Equipment safe. The swimming short are forbidden.The tent near the mobilhome are forbidden and on the place you can put only 1 car.

Altering a booking:

- Alterations can be made on a booking free of charge providing availability.
Holidays cut short or not used:

- Any holiday disrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure) does not entitle you to a refund or extra stay.

Cancellation:

- All cancellations must be put in writing. All cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of the start date of the
holiday will be required to pay 25% of the total cost of the holiday, therefore the deposit will not be refunded.
- For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the campsite will reserves the right to keep
any payment already made towards the balance of the holiday.
Le Cote de nacre offers a cancellation insurance. Written cancellation made more than 15 days before the start of the holiday:
all monies will be refunded after the deduction of the insurance (3.00 euros per day for the duration of the holiday).
- All cancellations must be due to incontestable reasons. The eventualities covered by the insurance are:
* Death, serious accident or illness of the assured, your spouse, parents, children, brothers and sisters.
* Obligatory relocation due to work changes.
* Redundancy of the assured or your spouse.
* Damage to your house following a fire, flood, theft or vandalism.
The insurance ceases to cover the above upon arrival at the campsite and cannot be used to cover any charges due to one of
the events happening during your stay.

Cancellation made by the campsite:

- All cancellations made by the campsite, except in cases of major disasters, will be fully refunded.

Holiday Tax

- Applicable from the 31st of March until the 16th of September for every person aged 7 and over (0,40 euros/day)
